I. Shipping Policy

Coordinate logistics

• Delivery: Black Cat Express (Taiwan main island only)
• Convenience stores: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart (Taiwan main island and outer island convenience store branches)

Delivery days / Region

Home delivery

• Delivery time: 1-3 days
• Applicable region: Taiwan main island

Convenience store pickup

• Delivery time: 2-4 days
• Applicable region: Taiwan main island

Shipping instructions

• After placing the order (excluding the day of the order), items will be shipped within approximately 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. No deliveries are scheduled on weekends and national holidays.
• If order volumes are high during festivals and holidays, or in the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, shipping may be delayed.
• If home delivery is chosen, the actual delivery status will depend on the route arranged by the delivery driver.
• For convenience store pickup: Please pay attention to the arrival SMS and pick up the item within 7 days of arrival. Please do not fail to pick it up without a valid reason. Any shipping losses incurred will be borne by the customer.

II. Refund Policy

1. If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and let us know your reason for a refund.
2. When you contact us, please provide your order number and product number.
3. We will inform you how to return the item and how much refund you will receive.
4. Once your item is returned and inspected, if it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

3. Return Policy

1. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and let us know the reason for your return.
2. When contacting us, please provide your order number and item number, along with photos of the item as proof of defect or damage.
3. We will inform you how to return the item and the return options we will provide you (such as exchange or refund).
4. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, if it meets the return criteria, we will process your chosen return option within 7 days of receiving the item.
